With the Payload to first attachment component, you can copy the payload of the workflow to be the contents of the first email attachment.

The name of the attachment is set in the workflow component, Set attachment name, which should be set before this component.

Note that multiple uses of this component in the same workflow have undefined results, so that is not supported.

The component has no parameters.
