This advanced create document workflow component, From ITPL to intermediate format, merges XML in the payload with an InterformNG (.ITPL) template into the intermediate format.

Please notice, that this component is only for InterformNG templates - not InterformNG2 templates. For InterformNG2 templates you need to use the component, From template to intermediate format.

This can be used for those, that wants to use InterformNG templates temporarily until the templates has been converted into the InterformNG2 format (.IFT).

The intermediate format can then later be merged into any of the formats, that can be generated by InterformNG2.

The other workflow components to consider after the merge into the intermediate format depends on the output, that you want to generate e.g.:

• PDF

• Print
  Use the Print workflow component.

The component has this parameter:

• Template ITPL
  As the template you need to state an InterformNG template. This is a template with the extension, .itpl.
