It is in InterformNG2 possible to setup a workflow as an email reader from an input email server and extract data from the incoming email with the workflow input type, Read from email server.

A prerequisite for this is, that you first setup an email server input configuration in the workflow tenant settings.

First you need to click this icon:

and then you can add a new email server input setting like below:

Currently the only protocols supported are: IMAP and POP3.

The option to delete email does not not on all mail servers,  Gmail e.g. ignores the delete function for POP3 connections.
